Shipping
All purchases will be shipped within 7 working days to the nominated delivery address listed at time of purchase. Freight on all orders within Australia are set by Australia Post. Orders outside of Australia are not currently supported through this website.
Shipping is at the customers risk, if insurance is required, please contact for a quote prior to making payment for goods.
All bikes are to be collected instore only due to health and safety terms whereby the bike must be built and passed to the customer in a roadworthy condition. Delivery of built bikes can be arranged for customers within a 20km radius of the store.
Payments & Refunds
Payment Options
Payment via Bike n Bean online are either by Credit Card or Direct Debit.
Credit card payments are verified via our secure payment area using the ePos payment gateway. Notifications are emailed for all transactions to the supplied email address at time of ordering.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD only via our online store.
Direct Debit requests are accepted however purchases will not be shipped until payment has been verified and registered against the corresponding order number. Please be sure to identify your direct debit accurately to ensure timely delivery of your purchase.
All prices listed include GST.
All transactions on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.
Refunds
We do not accept returns of goods if you have chosen your mind. We will only change or refund if the product is faulty or not described correctly as per your statutory rights, and can be returned in original packaging and not used. Bikes can not be returned once they have been ridden.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you can not make it in to the store, you may arrange to return the goods by mail at your own expense.
Special orders and sale products can not be returned, unless faulty or for warranty replacement.
